Every afternoon at 4pm the hotel comes alive with birdsong as the hotel
begins the unique tea service.
As guests enjoy a delicious afternoon tea a stunning array
of tropical birds join them to be fed by hand. This special bird watching ceremony is well-known by birdwatchers all over
the world and should definitely not be missed. In the evenings relax with a tropical cocktail,
expertly prepared by one of the barmen, and enjoy the glorious views of the spectacular
Caribbean sunsets. Then round
off your evening with a sumptuous

dinner. The chefs uses only the best and freshest local produce to create an exquisite variety of local and international

guest rooms have private baths and are air conditioned. Some rooms are set in the hillside with magnificent sea views
and others are located close
to the swimming pool with its swim-up bar and the beach restaurant (please express

restaurant and the bar are open throughout daylight hours to serve you breakfast, lunch and snacks and cool refreshments.
