Dear Glyn. Just a note to thank you for all the arangements you made for us on what was a superb holiday. Apart from the one episode you kindly helped us with all went very smoothly though Tobago Express delayed us an hour. You had however built this in our flight so all was well. The one thing that impressed us was your very personal service. The idea of being met at Tobago Airport, and returned by you personally was excellent and outstanding. Much much more than just a rep. We gained a great deal of info from these contacts that proved very helpful, but most of all knowing who we dealing with. Great service and we hope you can keep it up. The two resorts were just what we needed, a beach to relax on and then a wonderful place at Asa Wright in the hills. I will write more fully in due course as we discussed. XL Airways was good.
