Rental rates per month (minimum 3 month stay):
Studio Cabins (accommodate 1-2 persons): US$555
Two-Bedroom Cottage (accommodate 1-4 persons): US$952
Offer - 10% discount for rent payable 6 monthly or longer in advance
Refundable Deposits against damage/loss of 1.5 months rent will be required, rents are payable monthly in advance.
Rental payments may be made in US$, T&T$, GB£ to UK or Tobago bank accounts, or we welcome payment
by any major card via Paypal
Pet dog? The 2 bedroom cottage offers a Kennel hence it may be possible to accomodate a sociable
dog, provided that it is acceptable to other residents and is kept under control, remaining outdoors
Need the extra space of an office or study? Optional study-sized office with
desk, chair, telephone/computer points, is available in the grounds on site for exclusive rent (by a resident tenant
only) for US$250 per month
