We are proud
to boast that we receive more thank you letters and complimentary comments about our T&T visitor services than we do complaints!
However, please do not hesitate to bring any complaints about our service to our immediate attention. If we investigate
and find that we are at fault we will see how we can put things right for you.
Complaints about
any issues arising from a stay at one of the listed resorts where your booking was made directly with the resort must be taken
up with the manager of that resort
